We launched in Ontario in April 2022, becoming one of the first operators live when the province’s regulated iGaming market opened. We are licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and operate under an agreement with iGaming Ontario – currently the only Canadian province where we’re available. Players must be 19 or older and physically located within Ontario to play for real money.
We want to be transparent about our regulatory history as well as our strengths. The AGCO issued us a CA$110,000 fine in March 2025 related to promotional conduct during early 2024.
